Day 6

I woke up this morning and hopped on the scale again. I couldn't believe - down a total of 14 lbs! WAHOO!

People that I know that saw me today started remarking "You have lost some weight!". That is so good to hear - especially unsolicited.

Today only one meal was a "plus dense carbs" but is also an eating day. For mid-morning snack, I had 3 hardboiled eggs (using the powdered Cheat) and an ounce of lowfat cheese. For mid-day snack, I had 3 oz's of chicken breast and an oz of lowfat cheese. As I write this, I plan to have steak for dinner.

One change I am going to make - I am going to take 3 Flush tablets tonight. While my BM's are regular, I think I need a little more. So - will report on the results tomorrow!

One other thing I learned today is that it is really important to take a day or two break from the Ignite diet. The whole point of the products are to get your metabalism bumped up such that you become a "fat burning" machine. You need to "shake things up" to avoid your body finding a set point and making it difficult to keep loosing. So I am already thinking about what foods I might have during my "off day". The advice I got was make it stuff that I would normally have but isn't necessarily the most "diet friendly". In my case, that would be one of the following groups: pizza, mexican, chinese, or thai. Hmmmm - interesting to think about. Oh yeah - and I will probably have a beer. :)

Day 5

I was so excited to hop out of bed and on the scales this AM. I was bummed - I didn't loose anything. But, from what others tell me, that is common. So - I won't get dissappointed. After all, before I discovered Xyngular I would have a REALLY PO'd to see this kind of weight change (going UP) like this - so I will relax.

Today is an "eating day" - basically 2 shakes and 3 protein meals. One of the protein meals includes a dense carb - I chose onions. I am an onion/pepper fiend anyway - and those are good dense proteins.

I did better today - I remembered all of my pills on time and took them. It isn't that it is that hard. For me, I take a Xyng first thing in the AM (along with my BP medicine), 2 Axion (the vitamins) an hour or so later, 2 Accelerates after 1:00 PM, and 2 Flush at bedtime.

After I took my Accerlate, I went for a nice walk. The weather wasn't that great (drizzly) but I didn't have time to get to the gym. I walked a little over a mile of varying terrain. I didn't get a sweat worked up (it was pretty chilly out).

I am sleeping much better - and feeling great in the mornings!

Stay tuned for more....

Day 4

Day 4 brought  a WONDERFUL surprise - down 11 lbs so far. Very cool!

Friday was a shake and protein day again. I mix my shakes normally with water, but this morning I used skim milk. Crazy - who would have thought a skim milk shake could be so creamy?

My only mistake of the day was that I forgot to take the Accelerate tablets (the ones that boost metabalism).

The other cool thing is that 4 days into this, I really am not having any hunger pains! This is a lot easier of a plan to do than I thought it would be.

I had to notch my belt up one spot and wore a shirt that USED to be form fitting - today it is a little loose on me!

Sounds like some new clothes will be in order soon!

Protiens for the day were two different turkey and cheese meail. Mustard works good as a condiment (but no Honey Mustard or mustards that have sugar in them). Just watch the carbs.

Friday evening, I found a couple of other herbal teas that I like. Pretty much anything I have tried so far with mint in them didn't require any form of sweetener (another new thing for me).

Can't wait for tomorrow's weigh in!
